CrampUp plays host to a nice mix of teams – some using the tourney as part of their team’s tryouts, and others just wanting some fun before club seasons are in full swing. Join us for the 29th CrampUp!

Entry fee: $600 / team
Theme: Flying Objects
For the 29th edition of CrampUp, we invite your team to celebrate your favorite flying objects – animate or inanimate, organic or inorganic. If it flies, it’s welcome! Come prepared with costumes and spirit games. Get creative!

Saturday Evening Dinner & Party
Join us for an unforgettable CrampUp party at Cedarwood Barn, a stunning event venue just 15 minutes from the fields. Founded in 2001 by local Ultimate player Jay Michalson, Cedarwood Barn was built for live performances and community gatherings. With indoor and outdoor stages, firepits, and a gorgeous rural setting, it’s the perfect spot to celebrate. Enjoy a locally-cooked feast, music, fires, games, drinks, and a breathtaking 8:20 pm sunset followed by a nearly-full moon. This is our first time eating/partying here—don’t miss it!
Dinner served 6 pm (includes veggie options)
Party follows dinner; curfew at midnight
